Assistant Superintendent - (New Eagle, PA)

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT - Ringgold School District, Washington County, PA. Successful applicant will be a strong leader with a communication style that promotes a collaborative environment, community engagement and close cooperation between Building Administrators, parents, teachers and district staff. Must demonstrate a sincere interest in the education of all students and be skilled in motivating and evaluating staff; be knowledgeable on educational trends and curricular systems; promote innovation; demonstrate cultural competency; demonstrate knowledge of educational technology, hybrid deliveries and personalized learning and have expertise to establish a culture of professional and academic excellence. Background in school finance, budgeting and cost-effectiveness strategies also required. Salary negotiable and will be competitive, based on training and background, requirements and meeting board criteria including but not limited to the skills listed above. PA letter of eligibility required.
