eLearning Instructional Design Specialist - (Austin, TX)

The eLearning Instructional Designer position is responsible for the design and development of EZCORP University courseware and related solutions, including workbooks, job aids, lesson plans, etc. The position will work both independently and as part of cross functional teams. You will be required to work in a quick paced dynamic environment that demands creativity, high-quality and consistency. Key Areas of Responsibility: Design and develop eLearning content at EZCORP. Ensure learning products are aligned with performance objectives. Develop and maintain project plans to track progress, resources, and millstones. Key functions: Facilitate discovery meetings and conduct interviews to confirm training needs and translate those needs into concrete options for learning platforms. Work with operational business partners to define learning solution objectives to ensure the impact can be measured and is liked to business goals.
