Supervisor - Warehouse Operations - 1st Shift - (Osceola, AR)

This open position will have responsibility for managing the inventory flow in a 2.6 million square foot facility. This position will be assigned to first shift with normal hours of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. This is an exempt position and will not be eligible for overtime. The position of supervisor is responsibilities for the daily work assignments, motivation, consultations, and discipline of all personnel assigned to his/her area of responsibility. It is the supervisor's responsibility to provide support to his department through the insistence of proper operating procedures in obtaining the goals of the company. Responsible for instilling a culture of safety and continuous improvement in areas of responsibility.
