* Identify existing tests and exercises that can support the proposed Weapons System Evaluation Program (WSEP) and develop objectives to be met during those events. * Collect data to support metrics to both objectively and subjectively measure and report on weapons system effectiveness, TTP ease-of-execution, and weapon system limitations. * Submit SMART requests to obtain intelligence support to define operational targets and environments for use by systems being evaluation under WSEP. * Execute tests designed to support WSEP. * Conduct analysis of data collected during WSEP events. * Report weapon system effectiveness and lessons learned through a formalized reporting method. * Bachelors and 5-twelve years of relevant background in GPS operation and test design. * Expertise to lead and direct work of others. * Active TS/SCI security clearance. * Tactics, Techniques and Procedures development background. * Command and Control of GPS systems.
