Experienced Tax Consultant - (Albany, OR)

*Must be certified by the state of Oregon Provide basic individual income tax return preparation services for eligible taxpayers utilizing our software. Interviews clients to obtain details on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances. Computes taxes owed,following tax form instructions and tax tables as provided by the Internal Revenue Service. Follows instructions as directed by supervisor and consults with office management. Assists office management in other duties as needed. Min requirements include basic technical skills, typing and/or adding machine use. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public. Prior tax preparation requirements required and professional designations such as Enrolled Agent a plus. Experience checks and testing will be conducted.
