Mountain Division, Ethics and Compliance Officer - (Cottonwood Heights, UT)

Summary Responsible for effective implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Program (E&C Program) at the division office and facilities within the division. Oversee all division responsibilities for ethics and compliance as described below. Provide advice to facility ECOs and division leadership on ethics and compliance concerns. Assist with interpreting and applying the Code of Conduct (Code), Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures (E&C Policies) and other communications. Conduct investigations resulting from Ethics Line calls as assigned and assist facility ECOs in conducting investigations. Leadership Responsibilities •Provide leadership for the E&C Program within the division. •Understand the Code and E&C Policies. •Develop and implement a system to inform Division President of the status of ethics and compliance issues at division facilities.
