Trainer II - (Dalton, GA)

General Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, innovative educator to deliver training for our Enterprise Business Service Center (EBSC). Delivery will include product, process, systems and service skills. This position is responsible for suggesting and implementing new training approaches as well as identifying/resolving training gaps. Duties include: Conducting the New Hire training Plan, deliver and follow up on New Hire training which includes systems, process, services and products info, and Customer Service skills. A blended training approach is used to deliver this info including face to face, virtual classroom and Computer Based Training (CBT). Product Support Provide training as needed on new product launches as well as providing product and process refreshers. Communicate new launch info in a timely fashion to all supported channels.
