JOB SUMMARY: Under close direction of the Dietary Director, performs job after receiving detailed instructions. Prepares & serves all hot food items for breakfast & lunch (a.m. cook), evening meal (p.m. cook) for patients and cafeteria patrons. Maintains a high standard of food handling. Directs the activities of the dietary employees as directed by the Dietary Director. Performs specific cleaning assignments as written and/or assigned by the Dietary Director. Responsible for baking.
