HR Generalist - (Flagstaff, AZ)

We are looking for an Human Resource Generalist to join the team for a 6 mnth contract period. This is a great opportunity to gain some experience for future professional HR positions and potentially secure a long term employment opportunity. The HR Generalist will support the HR department with various duties, including the implementation and administration of various HR programs and activities. The HR Generalist will have guidance and support from a tenured team of HR professionals. Specific areas of focus will be creation and implementation of training programs, employee relations programs, and all other duties and activities as needed. Requirements include: Relevant work history (1-3yrs) OR University degree Understanding of theories and practices within HR functions Expertise to evaluate complex situations and apply established standards, policies and procedures Strong communication abilities
