HR Recruiting Specialist - (York, PA)

Aerotek is currently hiring on behalf of our client in the Healthcare Industry for a Full time HR Recruiting Specialist for a 6 mon contract. This contract may also have the opportunity to become permanent based on business needs and performance. The HR Recruiting Specialist Coordinates the recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selection of employees to fill vacant positions. Ensures vacancies are filled in an appropriate and timely manor. Coordinates the appropriate recruiting sources for the various opportunities. Initiates the recruiting process by placing ads on job boards, in print, with professional associations, etc. Identifies candidates who meet/exceed the minimum qualifications for the position. Screens the candidates by either telephone or personal interview. Refers appropriate applicant(s) to hiring manager for his/her review and subsequent interview. Administer job related tests for candidates for specific positions.
