Top 3 Skills:production background, hs diploma/ged, good attendance/attitude Position overview: Operate electronic scale to weigh contents, clean out extruder, operate small blenders and be able to follow mixing ingredients / following recipe. hs diploma or GED mandatory. Must be able to lift 55 lbs. and roll up to 200 pounds. Needs to add and subtract fractions at times to weigh proper color contents. Forklift background is a plus, good attendance and high energy environment Workplace environment: This company/location is a small town place, many of their workers have been there for a long time and they have a high sense of pride in their work and the people that get brought in. The whole facility works 6a-2:30 M-F. There is no possibility of this position being moved to an off-shift or working the weekends! Starting wages are $13.50/hour.
