Service Learning - Sr. Program Coordinator - (New Orleans, LA)

This is an entry level position in our office but carries a lot of responsibility supporting faculty, students, and community partners in enacting their service learning projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about civic engagement and social justice, very well-organized and can balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and who will bring a commitment to anti-racism and reciprocal community partnerships. The Senior Program Coordinator works both independently and with their team to implement and support faculty in their service learning courses/projects. Duties include providing individualized support to service-­learning faculty, communicating with community agency partners, coordinating service projects, logistics, orientations, and providing some supervision for student participants. The Senior Program Coordinator works closely with the Center's staff on supervision of assigned student leaders to achieve assigned service learning projects.
