A large property management company in growth mode, is looking for a capable and experienced Property Manager for 1 of its communities in Salisbury, MD with about 100 Units. BASIC PURPOSE : Under the direction of the Area or District Manager, administers and maintains all phases of apartment community operations in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined in the Management Excellence Series. Specific areas of responsibility include renting apartments, collecting/depositing monies, completing operational paperwork, personnel functions, apartment community maintenance, monitoring market conditions, budget control, advertising, resident relations and resolving resident issues. KEY FUNCTIONS : Property Management Activities: Oversees the daily activities of the assigned apartment community by ensuring it is efficiently maintained, units are occupied, rental payments are received, reports are updated, resident issues are resolved, and employee relations are handled.
