What you will be doing As the Front Desk Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations. You responsibilities include controlling costs, as well as upholding quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. Qualifications The hours for this position are Tuesday-Saturday 3PM-11PM A combination of education, training or background that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. A min of 2 years background as an assistant front office manager and a college diploma, or equivalent, is preferred. Our ideal Front Desk / Guest Services Manager applicants will be a current local, experienced Hotel Front Office Manager or Supervisor. Someone with solid leadership and training skills and who has a strong track record of building successful teams that delivers top guest service experiences. Starwood's 4 Points background is extremely desirable New Hotel Opening and/or Renovation/new brand re-opening background is highly valued.
