Title: HR Administrator Location: Florham Park, NJ Duration: 12+ months' contract plus extension Description : Perform a broad range of administrative and office support activities for the Leave of Absence team to facilitate the efficient operation of the department. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepares and coordinate mail, faxes, and express packages Screen and transfer inbound phone calls General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing Maintain electronic and hard copy system filing system Handle requests for details and data Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence Education and Background: Technical skills and knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft office suite required) Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
