HR Generalist / Recruiter - (East Hartford, CT)

Position assignments The HR Generalist/Recruiter will support the Human Resource activities for three, technical business units, and across 3 work sites in MA and CT. Talent Acquisition will be the primary area of focus for this role; however, there will be additional HR responsibilities. A candidate with prior background in an Engineering, Technical, and Manufacturing environment would be preferred. The HR Generalist/Recruiter is responsible for performing HR-related duties at the local, subsidiary level and will work together with HR management in support of larger corporate initiatives as well. This position has responsibilities in the functional areas of recruitment, training, onboarding, development, record-keeping, and general HR compliance.
