L1 Desktop Support - (Austin, TX)

Position title: Help Desk Support - Level 1 This person will be responsible for providing internal end user support and software, hardware, and network assistance. Utilizing Help Desk tickets this person will rely on their background and judgment as well as pre-established procedure and instructions to identify, research, and resolve technical / user issues. This position is not located in a call center environment and will be working directly with employees face to face. The perfect candidate will have a proven work history for providing timely resolutions. Responsibilities/Expectations Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Research requests using available details resources. Follow standard help desk procedures and log all help desk interactions. Administer help desk software. Escalate issues to appropriate resources when they cannot be solved at Level 1.
