Small law firm located in Bedford NH seeks an experienced paralegal. Applicants should have familiarity working in a real estate law office or title company, and 2-four years background in real estate law, including familiarity with settlement statements, loan documents and title insurance commitments/title insurance policies. Applicants must be able to work autonomously, be detail oriented and enjoy working directly with clients and 3rd parties. Strong typing skills required and high familiarity with MS WORD required.
