Production Coordinator - (Piqua, OH)

Job description: Work as directed by the Director of Manufacturing to achieve goals set for safety, quality, production, 5S, scrap and rework, and customer delivery expectations. To oversee production activities for shift production, interpret and communicate policy and procedures set forth by IPC, provide great communication between all levels of employees, to ensure production, quality and safe working conditions. Promote and encourage teamwork both departmental and shift to shift. Mentor team leaders to maintain consistency in completing their primary job assignments. Requirements: Required: ? High-school certificate required prefer a Bachelor?s or Associate?s degree in a related position ? three years Supervisory background ? Expertise to adapt and be flexible. ? Expertise to direct others in a positive manner that promotes good teamwork & morale both departmental and shift to shift. ? Expertise to communicate clearly with all levels of employees. ?
