Established in 1971, Liberation Programs is 1 of Fairfield County’s leading behavioral health organizations specializing in treatment for all types of substance abuse. Liberation Programs’ mission is to empower people and their families to be free of the disease of addiction by providing targeted solutions that restore lives and strengthen our community. The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for all fundraising and development activities. The successful applicant will help forge new relationships to build Liberation Programs’ visibility, impact and financial resources. The CDO will design and implement a comprehensive plan for developing key external alliances by cultivating individual and philanthropic support. S/he will lead a small team of fundraising staff and volunteers to foster a culture of philanthropy within the organization.
