Graphic Designer for Environmental Youth Development Organization - (Arverne, NY)

Rockaway Waterfront Alliance (RWA) is seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to produce print and web-based materials for RWA youth programs and RISE Center community events. Designer will work under the direction of Outreach Coordinator to develop graphic design materials for present projects and can work remotely. Major Tasks and Responsibilities: Qualified candidate must be able to interprete brand identity, apply graphic standards, and design a variety of projects including electronic and web-based marketing materials, collatoral for educational programs, email newsletters, social media and exhibition graphics. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced graphic designer or advanced college student seeking additional freelance work. Background/Requirements: Must have at least 1-2yrs of graphic design background. Be detail oriented and able to think creatively.
