Recovery Coach - (Bryn Mawr, PA)

The Lower Merion Mobile Service Program, located in Bryn Mawr, PA is in need of a full time Recovery Coach. Position responsibilities/Assignments include: Schedule and implement visits to people in recovery. Meet with clients in the community. Assist participants in recovery in completing necessary paperwork to enroll and continue service. Track all billing on a daily service sheet and enter in ECHO. Complete progress notes within 24 hours. Coordination of care with other professionals via case conferences, letter, telephone and so forth. Coordinate these conferences with the individual being served and the Team Leader at RST. Attend all scheduled trainings and team meetings. Attend weekly supervision. Communicate crisis needs to Team Leader and other administrative personnel, as appropriate. Educational/Skill Set:
