Plant Manager - Chemicals / Pharmaceuticals - (Providence, RI)

Min Qualifications: B.S. Chemical Engineering min; 8+ years of background out of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, foods, or something very closely related. Applicants must have previous supervision background, but they do not need to have prior plant managerial background. They should have supervised at least fifteen operators. Pluses would be: previous budget responsibility, previous maintenance background or background overseeing maintenance personnel, knowledge of ISO standards, and/or previous background with SPC. Position details: This position is with a world-class company that has numerous facilities throughout the U.S. and overseas. Other facilities within the company produce pharmaceuticals, resins, adhesives, commodity chemicals, etc and this site primarily uses mixing and blending technologies to make polymer coatings. The leadership team at this plant is strong and they will be eager to help train and mentor this person from the beginning.
