There is a fantastic opportunity for a Night Shift Laboratory Supervisor, in northern New York. This 20+ bed hospital, which has an affiliation with a larger, integrated healthcare system offers services such as physical therapy, primary care and emergency services to the community, that is driven by quality. The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor will oversee a team of laboratory technicians and will work alongside clinical technologists, pathologists and administrators to ensure the efficiency, quality and financial profitability of the laboratory. The Lab Services Leader will schedule, plan and oversee the activities of the laboratory, while being a point of contact for solving issues and concerns regarding the management of the laboratory. The Core Lab Supervisor will also provide exceptional customer service to patients and families while seeking opportunities to educate and train the laboratory staff in providing quality service.
