Development Officer, Stewardship Job - (Belmont, OH)

General Summary: The Development Officer, Stewardship will play an integral role in helping McLean Hospital meet its annual fundraising goals by directing a program that provides stewardship for McLean's largest comprehensive campaign (now in the quiet/leadership phase) and its most important donors. The stewardship officer will create and implement individualized strategies and direct a wide variety of activities to acknowledge, thank, report to and engage donors. The stewardship officer will apply superior writing abilities, mature judgment and strategic thinking to execute these activities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The Stewardship Officer will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the following: Manage and continue to evolve the stewardship program, with a focus on developing and implementing strategic stewardship plans (in conjunction with the major gifts team) aimed at maximizing the involvement and long term investment of donors in McLean's future.
