Manufacturing Engineer - (Medina, NY)

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER This position will cross all lines of the business from sales to the operations and equipment used on the shop floor. The Manufacturing Engineer (ME) will lead sustaining efforts as well as value engineering objectives related to manufacturing process improvements. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop new assembly processes as well as evaluate existing assembly processes and methods and provide recommendations to reduce cost and improve manufacturability of products. Develop, write and maintain equipment and assembly procedures in the form of Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor and evaluate quality data and develop methods to improve quality levels. Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, techniques and quality issues and develop corrective actions to maintain productivity and acceptance level. Generate labor estimates for quote requests and provide recommendations to reduce manufacturing costs.
