Job Descriptions Title: Service Consultant Department: Branch Administration Reports to: Call Center Manager Cost Center: FLSA Status : Non Exempt Location: Old Bridge Schedule : M-F (occasional evenings and Saturdays) Salary Grade : Subordinate Reports : Job Code: Date Revised : December 5, 2016 Position details: The associate will provide exceptional service in responding to incoming calls providing problem resolution and addressing new account inquires in an efficient and professional manner. The incumbent will be responsible for researching and resolving client requests and answering client account inquires. In addition the associate will try to establish prospects needs and explain appropriate bank products and services. Critical functions ? Receive and field incoming customer service calls and email correspondence. ? Promptly and effectively research and resolve customer inquiries to customer satisfaction.
