The incumbent will be responsible for researching and resolving client requests and answering client account inquires. In addition the associate will try to establish prospects needs and explain appropriate bank products and services. Critical functions ? Receive and field incoming customer service calls and email correspondence. ? Promptly and effectively research and resolve customer inquiries to customer satisfaction.
