S_odexo_ is seeking two Food Service Manager two at HighPoint Hospital that is an 300 bed facility. In this role, you will provide general food operational support for the hospital, with focus on the patient services and sanitation. Responsibilities include: working with all unit financial/budgets, cash control, strategic planning, training and development of employees, establishing and maintaining a positive Client relationship, HR functions and direct supervision of 45 hourly associates at this is a union location. Food and Nutrition Department provides meals to all patients using Room Service process, provides food services to staff and customers in main retail cafe and multiple satellite retail sites, provides catering to customers within and outside of facility.
