Process Control Supervisor - (Ravena, NY)

The Process Controlroom Supervisor (PCS) is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of the Company's cement products. The individual oversees equipment optimization, utilization and reliability in a safe manner while maintaining environmental compliance, quality and budgeted costs. A fully certified PCS is competent in quality control laboratory procedures, the remote operation of the plant's cement manufacturing components and has the expertise to supervise assigned bargaining unit employees in their daily tasks. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure all subordinates are working and promoting safety at all times through daily, weekly and monthly safety communications, on the job coaching and by taking a leadership role in the plant safety program. * Oversees consistent production of all cement, clinker and raw mix within established quality guidelines ensuring appropriate actions and communication for any deviations.
