TITLE: PRODUCTION MANAGER Must have injection mold background Department: Production Supervises: five Direct, 50 Indirect Reports to: General Manager of Manufacturing FLSA Status: Exempt Job summary: The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and direction of the manufacturing operations in order to maximize its profitability and efficiencies while minimizing costs and achieving companys overall business goals. Technical Skill Qualifications: 1. BS Degree in operations management, management, industrial engineering or a technical field or relevant equivalent background in welded assembly. 2. 6 to 8 yrs relevant background in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive, welded assembly industry 3. Expertise to maintain confidentiality 4. Outstanding analytical expertise to understand complex problems and develop effective solutions 5. Customer Service Orientation 6. Outstanding leadership and people skills to positively motivate employees and the organization toward achieving goals 7.
