SUMMARY Assists in the purchasing of MRO by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Assist Manager or Senior Buyer with various tasks and assignments. Orders inventory parts using AS400/SAP minimum/max system. Responsible for maintaining quality and service levels related to inventory. Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels to minimize costs. Responsible for complying with department goals related to purchasing terms. Assist clerical staff with stocking, and issuing. Expertise to meet physical qualifications of job. Other duties may be assigned. EDUCATION and/or BACKGROUND One to 2 year college or technical school or 6 mnths to 1 year related skills and/or training or equivalent combination of education and background.
