Warehouse Supervisor - (Norcross, GA)

Position description The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations as well as preparing for future growth to scale with business requirements, facilitate change and meet new challenges. Proposes ways to improve systems & procedural changes for the enhancement of operational performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The required functions include, but are not limited to the following: Supervise and assist in daily warehouse functions: Receiving, QC, and picking, processing and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal & external shipping requirements, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation. Accountable for warehouse quality, safety, accuracy and productivity. Responsible for the training, development, motivation and performance of the warehouse associates; includes training associates in all skills associated with WMS/RF Scanners. Ensure all priority orders, customer routing specifications and special requests are handled properly.
