Food Scientist (Applications) - (Cockeysville, MD)

We have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Food Scientist who is experienced with applications. Applicant will be responsible for supporting formulation development and flavor application activities. Duties include: Preparing samples from formulations and recipes Prepare finished products for internal and external evaluations Perform sensory evaluations and record evaluations through ballots Running panels and tabulating results/observations Aid technical staff in flavor evaluation, applications and evaluations as required Record pertinent data in DevEX and Microsoft excel data files Labeling and shipping samples to customers Other duties may include stocking of ingredients, ordering and maintaining lab supplies, ordering raw materials from plant or suppliers, sanitation and organization of the laboratory.
