Service Advisor / Writer - (Lafayette, IN)

DUTIES In this role, you will work alongside the Service Manager by helping to estimate and direct work of Technicians. Your duties will include: Documenting Standard Repair Time for each operation prior to dispatching work. Assigning work to qualified technicians. Provide Superior Customer Service to our new and current customers. Creating written documentation of customer concerns and work with the Service Manager to correct those concerns. Invoicing completed repair orders prior to releasing the vehicle. REQUIREMENTS Prefer 2-5yrs background as a Technician or previous Service Advisor work history. Valid Driver's License High-school diploma
