As an Member Services Representative for our Contact Center you will responsible for providing high-quality service to members via the telephone resolving member inquiries in an accurate, timely and professional manner with the highest level of integrity and excellent service. Requirements - High-school Graduate or equivalent. - 2-3yrs of prior contact center, banking, or credit union background. - Strong verbal and writing skills.
