Media Coordinator - (Columbus, OH)

Media Coordinator. A Media Coordinator is needed to fulfill a contract role with our Columbus, Ohio client. He or she will work in conjunction with other cross-functional teammates and represent the MPA team for the project. Responsibilities: Provide media asset direction and instruction to vendor for asset creation. Prefer previous background working with both domestic and off-shore vendors. Communicate project qualifications, guidelines and styles for media assets with vendors. Provide status for all media asset needs to cross-functional team and manager. Collaborate with editorial team to ensure appropriate media assets are requested Acquire pickup assets through client Archiving and provide to outside vendor. Manage media asset creation and acquisition with an outside vendor and/or internal team. Review assets to ensure meet guidelines. Route and media assets for approval. Track and maintain accurate and complete database for all media assets. Create and maintain media asset schedule.
