Product Manager Assistant - The Product Manager Assistant's role is to help with the daily reactive/clerical functions in the Product Department, trained to backup PM, be hired/trained with the intent to become a PM and possess knowledge of their suppliers in regards to policy, procedures, contacts, and products. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Providing price and delivery info as required Completing quotes using sales provided quote accelerator data Running Expired Ship and Debit reports to renew supplier contracts Processing sample requests Providing Technician Data to sales as requested Assisting sales with ROHS info as requested Maintaining literature and provide to sales as requested Assist in expediting when routine results are not satisfactory and "elevating" is needed.
