Mgr, Risk Management (Central) - (San Antonio, TX)

This is a Corporate position that sits in San Antonio, TX The Central Regional Risk Manager position plans, implements and coordinates effective fire and safety programs throughout the region to ensure that the facilities are compliant with state and federal laws as well as providing a safe and secure working environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Establishes and ensures proper implementation of both corporate and facility-level safety policies. Supports onsite Fire and Safety staff to develop local safety procedures for the benefit of employees; inmates, detainees, patients or residents, outside contractors and visitors. Develops and administers special risk management projects as requested by management. Coordinates and assists facility Fire and Safety staff on conducting regularly scheduled safety inspections within and throughout the facility including the physical plant, equipment and company vehicles.
