CITY OF DOVER Customer Service Supervisor The City of Dover is seeking candidates who are qualified for the position of Customer Service Supervisor to work in the Customer Service Department. The department of customer service serves approx 24,000 utility customers providing details regarding electric, water, sewer, trash, tax and miscellaneous billing. Customer contact is through a variety of different media to include: face-to-face interaction, email, telephone, and mailed correspondence. The essential function of the position is to oversee the day to day activities of the Customer Service Department. The successful applicant will possess a deep-seeded desire to provide extraordinary customer service to City of Dover residents and customers as well as the expertise to guide and inspire others to provide that level of service.
