Customer Service Representative/Planner - (Bradenton, FL)
Open, monitor status and close sales and work orders in the ERP. Enter of parts qualifications into the ERP based on technician inputs. Identify savings opportunities by searching for used parts in the inventory of installed in house-owned" units. Monitor progress of maintenance and/or manufacturing jobs routed through the workshops through the ERP and with the production managers. Monitoring of parts inventory levels in the ERP. Outbound (and occasionally inbound) logistics of the product and parts. Invoice and collect receivables from the customer. Maintain paper and electronic files of manufacturing jobs per QMS qualifications. Issue parts pick tickets from the ERP. Occasionally travel to visit customers at trade shows or at the customers facility. Review customer purchase orders and understand customer commercial, shipping, documentation and quality qualifications. Make timely status updates to the internal or external customer. Assist in developing appropriate pricing of non-standard jobs.
