Aerotek's client, an industry leading healthcare insurance company is currently seeking customer service and call center professional for multiple locations in Westchester County, NY. To be considered for the opportunity, applicants must have: 1) Call center/Customer Service Experience 2) Healthcare experience 3) Experience handling a high volume of phone calls MULTILINGUAL IS REQUIRED Applicants will be required to perform the following tasks on a regular basis: 1) Handle 100-150 inbound/outbound calls a day 2) Book appointments, confirm schedules, verify insurance, and take messages 3) Input data into proprietary database Qualified candidates will receive benefits and 401k options.
