Security Guard - Full-time - (Conklin, NY)

The Security Guard guards and controls assigned posts and assist with Loss Prevention. This role ensures reduction of risk of loss including loss of inventory or physical assets. This position is for Sunday 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Mondays and Tuesdays off). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Dispense shipping and add-on seals • Document outside drivers entering warehouse • Document customer pick up • Monitor CCTV in conjunction with the above duties • Physical security of building • Liaison between warehouse and drivers • Inspect company vehicles • Assist Loss Prevention with assigned tasks • Assist with Access Control system set up for new hires and reassignments • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
