Workers Compensation Underwriting Lead - (Peoria, IL)

Applicant can live anywhere in Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin. This is a flexible work from home role that could include a company car depending on applicant's location. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to support the company s profitability and growth objectives for Workers Compensation by coaching, training and developing field underwriters and underwriting associates, providing referral underwriting support, and assisting in the development of underwriting policy and underwriting guidelines. This position will be responsible for monitoring compliance with guidelines, procedures and pricing, identifying premium growth opportunities, and analyzing the causes of unsatisfactory results and development of improvement plans.
