Position overview As Tax Lead you will be joining a large multi-national corporation that has a strong tax team in place and virtually no turnover.. As part of this team you will be the point person on all partnership returns and as well as taking on various projects as needed Primary repsonsiblities will include Analyze complex accounting data to ensure amounts are properly reporting on the partnership tax return Prepare partnership tax returns and various supporting schedules Review partnership agreements to determine proper reporting structure as well as proper treatment of items on the tax return Answer questions from management and provide various analyses on an as-needed basis Review depreciation Assist with the provision Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax with a desire to obtain a CPA certification At least 3 yrs of work-related skills Experience preparing Partnership Tax Returns
