What does a Best Buy Back Office Leader do? The Back Office Leader has a passion for organization and getting into the info of store operations. They direct accurate reconciliation of all daily cash management processes and back office functions including hiring and on-boarding, ordering supplies, expense control, hardware functionality, time sheet management and maintaining employee files. They partner closely with store employees and leadership, driving profitable results across the store.
