Senior Photographer for Photography Studio - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Salary (not posted), Position description Lead and direct activities as required by management to achieve all studio goals, including sales and sitting objectives, customer background, payroll and operating expenses, human resource management, loss prevention and merchandise/portrait presentation while driving both associate and customer engagement. This is a full time position that typically works from 32-40 hours per week as per the companys business needs. Responsibilities Directs customer background efforts that are consistent with Picture People standards; leads by example and coaches associates on the customer background to capture sales opportunities and increase sittings. Assists development of team in photographic talent to accomplish studios business objectives through attraction, selection, coaching, retention and motivation. Ensures attainment of sales, payroll and sittings goals during assigned shifts.
