Senior Collective Trainer with Security Clearance - (Fort Richardson, AK)

Position details Performs expert-level development and delivery of highly complex training and educational programs for customer personnel; works under limited supervision; performs additional duties as assigned. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Multi-functional full spectrum senior military analyst performing a variety of operational, analytical, planning, and related tasks with duties concentrated in the areas of constructive and live training support for combat, combat support, and combat service support military units. Serves as advisor to commanders and their staffs in preparation for and during the conduct of training. Responsible for planning, development, and execution of training activities to include system instruction, scheduling, development of databases, exercise scenarios, workstation player/controller training, exercise execution, and participation in After Action Reviews.
