Safety Training Officer - (Nashville, TN)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ? Ensures training is performed consistently and is conducive to learning. you will be the trainer for ATS policies and procedures and will slowly become a trainer for multiple airlines. ? Performs internal safety audit at station. you will perform safety audits on flights. These will be done planeside and sometimes in the window. Once you learn all of our policies and procedures you will be auditing for accountability of agents, leads, and supervisors. ? Insures station compliance with established company safety policies and procedures. i.e. if we have a trend we will retrain. Sometimes it?s best to go back to the basics.
