Description: Responsibilities: As a member of our Campus Relations / University Relations Team you would, develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract top university talent. This position will frequently travel to college campuses to build and maintain relationships with campus recruiting office employees, faculty and students. Act as a liaison for potential candidates, generate and follow up on leads, perform preliminary interviews, keep accurate records of potential candidates, follow up with established recruits, support teammates and other division teams as necessary.
