HR Coordinator - (Louisville, KY)
Provide business support for the HR function including basic employee relations, injury management, HRIS system data entry, headcount reporting, and analysis. The Hr Coordinator will manages general business office activitiesincluding reporting, data retrieval and archiving, presentations, and benefits administration. The HR Coordinator will office out of Louisville, KY and provide HR support for facilities in Cincinnati, OH, South Point, OH, Charleston, WV and Beckley, WV. Location and Travel: This is an office based role in Cincinnati, OH with up to 30% travel as needed basis to meet with remote sites. Job duties: Support the implementation of all Human Resources policies and practices to include, but not limited to: Performance management Compensation Benefits Equal Employment Opportunity compliance Staffing Organization design Workers compensation and unemployment System maintenance.
